Survey Data to generate new Columns

Hello All,

I have the below attached Survey Data and also a sample app.

My expected result is the below table.

SurveyNum	QuestionNum	AnswerNum	EmpID	SurveyID	RegionNum	StateNum	CountryCount

As in the sample app i would need the count of SurveyID's for a Particular Region, State and whole Country. But, it should be capable of filtering per QuestionNum and also AnswerNum.

PS: tried generating the count of SurveyID and filter per Question and AnswerNum but doesn't seem to work.

Please, suggest me your valuable opinion to do this and also let me know if the requirement is not clear.

I've added a sheet with a pivot table showing =Count(DISTINCT SurveyID) for each state and region.

If this is not what you're looking for, maybe you can elaborate on your requirement some more.
