Table with 2 Dimension - needing one

I followed the previous thread with one dimension and it did not work for me.  Therefore, I'm writing for assistance in this formula.

May be try one of these

Count(CSN)/Aggr(NODISTINCT Count(CSN), DepartmentName)

or

Count(CSN)/Count(TOTAL <DepartmentName> CSN)
