The AccessPoint of the QlikView show blank content.

since I installed the GeoQlik server and began working with it, when I try to open the access point of the qlikview server, a blank page is shown as follow:

Here is the configuration in the qlik server:

But when I open the accessPoint of the GeoQlik, I can find my documents:

Ps: I can’t sign out ! When I click on sign out and since I prohibited the anonymous mode, nothing happens; I’m always connected as BMC !  How can I change that?

like whether you are using "Section Access"

Using AD or what type of authentication?

please check like below

QMC->System->Setup->Qlikview web servers->Accesspoint server name

go to Authentication->Authentication->select Radio button as LogIn.

then it will ask credentials every time.

I'm not using section access nore AD. It's a local machine.
