The script in this document requires system Access to work

Everytime I am re-loading I am getting below pop-up ..This pop up issue has been resolved in my local machine by checking all the text box under user preference -> Security Tab but I have following question

1. Why this is displaying every time?

2. If I deploy this Qvw file on QLikview server will this pop -up occur and will not reload data. Because locally everytime I have to click 'Give System Access' button to start the load otherwise nothing will progress.

3. We have deployed this QVW file on QLikview server and I am only getting below messages and no re-load happening

4. If I save the file after selecting all the check boxes under User Preference -> Security Tab and get it deployed on Qlikview server, will all the default setting be overwritten on server ? or this qlikview re-load will happen on server?

We are struggling to reload this document from Qlikview UAT server .. This is only showing

The following link from the Help site will show you the change you need to make on the server side to allow this script to run without prompting for Execute File Paths.  The Qlikview Service Account running Qlikview Server should be an administrator on the server so this shouldn't be an issue as long as the changes below are made to the Qlikview Batch settings.ini file:
