So I changed the number format into Timestamp its displaying    24 1:12:00....

Here is the Issue when I caluculate 24.05 in secs its not same with 24 1:12:00......How to overcome this issue......

how should I change 24.05 into exact days hrs mins and secs.......

0.05 means 1/20 of a day (or 5%). A day has 60*24 minutes. 60*24 minutes / 20 = 72 minutes. 72 minutes is 1 hour and 12 minutes --> 1:12:00

Could you explain in more detail what you get when you calculate 24.05 in seconds?

I think 1:12:00 is the correct representation in h:mm:ss when 0.05 is a fraction of a day, so 24 1:12:00 should be ok as time interval / duration representing 24.05 as number of days.
