You should ask your QV administrator.

Also, if your're willing to check whether or not your licence is expired please take a look:

  • Ok
  • That's not the reason why I asked. If you can copy the QVW document, then NTFS permissions are ok and probably not the cause of your trouble.
  • Section Access with Windows NT identities works with Single Sign-On. It won't ask you anything. It will simply let you in if your Windows account is present in the Section Access table, and will bluntly deny you any access if not present. For you, the document may be inaccessible.

Can you talk to the person that developed this document?

Mindaugas,

  • How to contact Qlikview Administrator.
  • In fact, License updated by recent month only. So, that is not a problem...

Hi,

As suggested by Peter your file might have section access. you need to find the source of section access part and admin login to provide access to the dashboard.

Peter,

  • Fine
  • Fine
  • I have one question, What is the use of Windows NT(Section Access with Windows NT identities works with Single Sign-On)Today, i got call from developer person. i ask him, same question - They said, I didn't give any access for this application. Might be they are accessible for me. But, i am the one qlikview developer for this whole project. So, i don't know about that.....

Like Peter

said you need to contact the person who develop the document as it appears your logon is not listed in the section access table within the document and therefore it is denying you access. Is there anyone else in your organisation who can access this document in the desktop and not via the portal?

If there is no permission rights set in the document, then maybe problem in QMC:

In the list of Assigned users your name should be in.

I'm not sure I understand your reply (& question). If the developer told you that no section access was used, then your document may be corrupt. Do you have a backup copy?

Peter
