Please find attached as my user is getting this problem second item . A few days back it fixed automatically. But now he/she can not able to login since days. Please any solution. URGENT HELP

What IE version is your customer using, and which version of QlikView Server is installed?

Thanks. the user is using IE 8.0.7601. I can able to login from my side with user credentials and even I am using the same IE version.

Update Internet Explorer or alternatively QlikView Client to SR5, which includes a fix for IE11.
Is that I can knoew the version from product version? if so, it is 11.00
Is there any way to fix this without update to Qlikview client to SR5?
Yes, downgrade his IE explorer to 10 or 9
Start QMC, go to System->About and look for "Product Version" in section QVS@servername.

You could use another supported browser e.g. chrome.
To open in chrome also is user needs to ask admin to install chrome. Without all this is there any other solution?
