Unable to double click a closed table chart

One of my Users is having issue opening any of the table chart on the application.  When He double clicks on the Table chart it doesn't prompt up.  I checked my access and I am not having that issue.  Can someone point at the right direction in terms of troubleshooting this issue.

Regards,

Humphrey Kaburu.

The only thing that comes to mind is that it is coming up, it is just off the screen.  You did not say if they were using Desktop Client or a Server Client though, and this would really be with the Desktop Client.  Check the following Article if this is in the Desktop client and try clearing the WindowPOS entries as mentioned there, that should fix things.

Clear dialog positioning keys

Hi Brett,

The user is having the issue on the Accesspoint.  None of the dropped down table are opening once clicking.  Will update you once completing the suggested solution.

Thanks.

That solution is not for server client unless they are using the Plugin client, then you can try it, but if they are using Ajax, the only thing of which I can tell you to try in that case is to clear the web browser cache to see if that clears things up...
