Unable to establish the connection with DB

while connecting to DB it's hitting back with error, can any one let me know the root casue for this: Test Failed SQL##f - SqlState: NA000, ErrorCode: 1019, ErrorMsg: [Microsoft][ODBC driver for Oracle][Oracle]ORA-01019: unable to allocate memory in the user side Best,

Hi All, This seems to windows memory allocation setting issue. I have found some link related to this issue. I would want you all, who is facing this issue to go thru it and fix the windows setting.
