Unable to see reports on QlikView Access point

The user is unable to list the reports on Access point.

Could anyone please help me sort out this problem.

yes we do have reports in the original QVW file.

if create report using

Using QlikView’s Report Editor

after publish it then u can able to choose them from the drop down menu list.
