Hello

I am trying to upgrade to QV10 SR2 but am getting the following error each time i try...

Googling error 1316 seems to suggest a previous installation might be the problem...

...but i want to upgrade

Any ideas?

Hello Paul,

Likely obvious but did you uninstall version SR1 first? In what step of the installation of SR2 does this dialog show?

Yes you're right.

I thought i could upgrade over the top of SR1.

Problem solved.
