Upgrade from qlikview 11 to 12

We have upgraded from version 11 to the current version 12.

Installation seemed to go fine but now most of our tasks say cluster is down and the ones that do not when we try to run them just fail.

Any ideas what is going on?

We just had this issue this week. The upgrade overwrites the config file and sets everything to defaults. For us, it was the message size and chunk size that had to be modified.

The support group should be able to help...

Changing our chuck size fixed the cluster is down issue but now all of our tasks if we try and run them look like they are running and then after a wile they fail.  Anyone know why this would be?
