Validating a field?

Hello,

I have a database with couple of hundreds of thousands fields which need to be validated as a part of the project.

The field in question is similar to US social security number and one of the numbers is control/check number calculated according to ISO7064 (mod 11,10).

Is it possible to do a check like that within qlikview?

We are talking about validation national identification number, this is 11 numbers long, and last character is control number.

Any ideas (or pointers on how_to)? I appreciate any help.
