Very urgent help please. cannot able to see Border style and the other items in chart item

Hi,

I created on new qvw in server and cannot able to see Border style and the other items in chart item. Strangely I can able to see in other qvws.

can anyone help me what is this strange one?

Have you set for this document the styling mode on Advanced?

Settings >  Document Properties > General > Styling Mode > Select Advanced
