We are have a java application from that we want to login into the qlikview application. Can you please guide us.

We are using the web ticketing in that configurable ODBC authentication.

Can we directly login into the QlikView application.

So you are saying that you have two configured Custom Users, each with an assigned User CAL. Both users can access the AccessPoint using their custom credentials & Web Ticketing. When User A tries to open document XYZ, the action is successful and the document ios displayed in the AP. When User B tries to do the same, an error message is displayed, saying that QlikView was unable to find a CAL for that user.

Is this correct?

If so, it seems that User B does not correspond to the second user in your Custom Directory that has a Named/Document CAL assigned.
