What happens when an user trying to access the report in access point and at the same time refresh is happening

What happens when an user trying to access the report in access point and at the same time refresh is happening ? (can it give some message ,some thing like 'Refreshing is happening, Please try after sometime...' ?),
or will it maintain 2 copies and swap it to latest and then deletes the old /previous copy
The user will see the 'old' version while the document is being reloaded. What happens after the reload finishes depends on the document settings. See the Refresh Mode when Document is Updated on Server setting on the Server tab of the document properties window.
Thanks for the reply, but what happens when particular dashboard is refreshed and replacing the older one, if at that point any user access the report, will it throw some error?
