I'm a QlikView 'newbie' Is it possible to incorporate workflow into QlikView?

Yes. I doing at the moment. QlikView has all the tools to make a complete workflow.

It is in spanish. Do not think you understand. I think depends on the line of your work.
I made something similar to call center demo.
