Hello,
I'm new here and I'm asking for some help regarding a task I'm supposed to do in Qlik.
I have 2 different data sources, one outputs the hours a employee booked himself into the time tracking application and the other is coming from our CRM which displays the hours a employee booked/billed a client.
We'd like to get a % of how many of the working hours of an employee has been actually booked on a client to improvise performance.
What would be the best way to display this in Qlik?
I have attached 2 sample files, hopefully those are of help.
Thanks in advance
Greetings
I am not entirely sure how you want to display this, but you might need some combination of IntervalMatch (Extended Syntax) with Canonical Date.
Primarily I'd like to only get the difference in % of working hours vs billed hours.
For example employee1 worked from 08:00 to 16:00 and he had 2 bookings:
from 08:00 to 10:00 he billed customer1
from 10:00 to 12:00 he billed customer2
and from 12:00 to 16:00 there was nothing billed. That would be like 50% of the worked time has been billed.
I hope I was able to explain it in a understandable way. I'm new to all this 🙂
Thanks in advance.
