annoying problem

Dear readers,

I have been using qlikview since three months now and i keep having a very annoying problem. Ik cannot use Promote and demote sheet, and align and distribute of sheet objects. All these features are greyed out.

In the beginning it was doable but now it really bugs me and it gives me more work then necessary..

Hope someone can help me!

but they are grey, as in i cannot select them. They are not invisible..

Click on Add remove Buttons then Design and then check the options that you want to show on the design bar.

I hope this helps else we will have to look for something else.

the options are there, but again, they are grey i cannot select them.

There is a button which i cannot click because it is grey.

Is the Promote/Demote Sheets option checked on the Security tab of the document properties screen?

Is the Design option checked in Toolbars under View ?

If possible can you attach a screen shot.

The document properties is also grey. Maybe this is a user rights problem? I believe i do have administrator rights..

yes there is a button (so also a design toolbar) i cannot click it.
