calling web serivce?

Hi All,

  My requirement is like, need to call the WEB SERVICE in qlikview for ticketing need.

  Basically user needs to select some values and they should be able to create the tickets in the ticket system (CMS Next).

  Is any one have idea on this? Let me know if you need more inputs
