can not able to open any qvw? please urgent help !!!!!

Hi,

we recently moved from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have Qlikview personal edition 12 in local pc and Qlikview 11 in server. Earlier in Windows 7 I had Qlikview  personal edition 11. now I can not able to open any of personal edition qvws in Qlikview 12 in my pc. it is showing message that I attached as png.

Please can anyone help me it is really very critical urgent to me.

Solved my problem unninstalling, making a search for anything with qlik, deleting everything I found even in the registry and reinstalling. The program created a new key, now can create and open files. thanks.

tried lease licence but showing error message

Failed to reach server

switching to HTTP tunnelling

Connected to server ok, Security settings denied access

• I think that will not work.

• you can lease license from your server . Are you on domain?

• Are you accessing the access point from your browser!!

Http tunnelling means that you do not have port 4747 open to the server. Is there a firewall between your PC and the server (or windows firewall) that is blocking port 4747?

You or your IT team will need to open port 4747.

Can you open the Access Point OK? That said you are most probably using http tunnelling to get through to the Access Point.

I can able to open access point ok with out any issues.

Can you check that port 4747 is open between your desktop and the QlikView server.
