current state of selections dynamically in Bookmark

Hi,

Is there any way to capture Selections in bookmark dynamically.

Suppose We have a bookmark as BM01.

We the selection made on country it automatically saved on BM01.

When the selction made on Product and country then it will override the existing bookmark and saved as BM01.
