getting data out of a string

Hi all,

in my Qvw-Document is an field named "Endtime_Bon".

The content of this field looks like this:

2011-01-02T13:28:32-1:00

How can I grab only the Time "13:28:32" by using a formular?

or is there a better way to get the data?

try mid(Endtime_Bon,12,8)
