how to delete the field name?

I have Individual Excel sheet for monthly data. The field name different is some excel sheet. so When I re-use my QV files and reload other excel file the field name shows error so I manually correct.

When I see the Table properties I get lots of unwanted field name. I want to get rid (Delete) of this unwanted field name.

How do I do it?

There is not best way but you can remove manually using multi selection wither Ctrl + Shift key and then Click ok then reopen the properties there you can't see those from sections..
