you need to set this in QMC

select the desired document from source document then in the Availability tab there is an option that you have to select to enable document download

Yes option is there in QMC:

No option found in QlikView 11 access point to download document

Make sure you have the following in place....

1) Use the Internet Explorer Plug-in (download this from the access point)

     - QMC

             - System Tab

                   - Qlikview Web Servers option

                    - Access Point Tab ......... and then Make sure that the Default Preferred Client & Paths are set correctly

2) Also for each document in the QMC make sure that "Download Document" option is available.....

     - QMC

          - Documents Tab (and then navigate the a document... if you cnt see one make sure the folder is mounted)

          - Once you have selected the document then select the "Server" tab and "Availability"

                 - In this screen you can then see the download document option
