how to fix my sheet in year 2018?

I have three date 2016, 2017, 2018 how to fix my sheet so that at the opening of webview it is the dashboard for the year 2018 that appears?

You can add Document level trigger from document properties OnOpen trigger add action select in field where in filed you can add your date field and in search string you can add '2018'
