Monitoring the Qlikview Files,

          Qlikview Desktop (.QVW) - You could Generate the Log for QVW aplication (Doument Property --> General--> Generate LogFile), With this you would be able to monitior your QVW files.

But if you have Qlikview Server installed in your environment, you would be able to monitor the application using QV server log also.  Have a look at the appliction in this below link.
