If we have a millions of rows Dashboard performance is very slow .

even performance tuning not improved so to overcome this we will  use Document chaining .

In this Dashboard will split based on Month level,Day level etc .

Kindly help me how to create this.

Say for example you have a dashboard and at the top of the dashboard you have three buttons like below:

Jan-2018 Data        Feb-2018 Data    Mar-2018 Data

Now say when user selects the second button which is "Feb-2018 Data" then a second dashboard will open in the same window. In order to do this you need to write "Actions" for the second button like shown in the screen shot below:
