period taken (Jul_Sep) but three but 1st four records are for below the period covered

Dear Friends

I have loaded data from July to September but four records due for months below the period are appeared. I have add the date format at the top variables to get the correct period but it is not happened. Could you please see what the issue is? ,What is coloured in Red should be above the Month of June

it looks like some weird formatting issue on excel side on date field!

i saved your excel as a csv and reloaded it looks to be what you are looking for.

You mean once you save it in CSV Format  said issue is to be resolved. Also what could be the issue in excel as you think where major part to be correctly processed & balance having shown some abnormal results.

no idea my friend. have seen date screwed in excel before.

you could try forcing the date style/format on the column

its difficult for me to check because I am in US and date format that shows in my desktop is US style i.e. MM/DD/YYYY

Are you a Sri lankan? Very friendly & corporative. I am in Srilanka .Thank for the help given. I too saved  it csv format but then the all fields appears in one row.Why is that?
