ProgramData is a hidden folder on most systems, so you'll have to unhide it in the Folder Options.

Hi,

I dont have a ppt. But what we do instead to educate user on how to use is by creating an intro page or help page as the first page in the dashboard. Find the attached document and you may create ppt out of this if you want. Below is a old template, you may add or enhance with this.
