Hi community,
in one of my qv doc I've created a report and a simple button with an only action: Print Report.
From server the button works fine, while on web I'm not able to print anything.
I've seen in various discussions that problems could come from the AJAX and JAVA client, but where I can see which type of client is in use?
And what about the "Select report" on top of the page? It should print the report immediately, I suppose, but it always return the message Printing Report without success. Is this also a problem linked to the type of client in use?
Another question is: should a Print Dialog Window appear, after the selection of a report in "Select Report"? Or is there a pre-defined printer the report is sent to? If so, where can I define it?
I should say that 'print spooler service' is running, on QMC the possibility to print and export to excel is available for all users, pdf saver is installed.
What do you think about that?
