prohibit new sheet object

hi

i want to prohibit user from creating new sheet objects in web. how is it possible? also, is it possible not to let user to see the bar i have attached its photo to my issue?

In the QMC, there are two settings that control whether users may create objects.

1. System, Setup, Qlikview Servers, Documents. The property "Allow Server Objects" allows/disallows creating user objects on a global level.

2. In Server Objects pane for  each Document, you can control which users are allowed to create objects.

In the qvw itself, the Document Properties, Server pane also provides a control for Server Objects.

You can prohibit this the either from qlikview server or from the qvw document

On the server you need to open qlikview management console and go to system - setup- qlikview servers

Then on documents tab you can unchecked the option that says Allow server objects but this will apply to all documents deployed to the server

I would go to sheet properties of the desired document security tab and there you can uncheck the option that says Allow server objects

Try like this

Sheet Properties -> Security -> Uncheck all the options in User Privileges and select Apply to All Sheets
