qlikview geting freezed

hi team

i am using then qlikview client SR2 x86 v11.2. after launching the exe the window opens and after that when i am clicking an "example "  data visualization the application gets freezed

kindly tell me how can we solve this issue as it is really urgent for me to get this issue resolved . there is no windowpos folder is regedit> HKCU also.
