reload qvw on access point folder

1. How do I reload QVW after placing it on Access Point Folder?

2. How do I make sure that users will see latest data on document anytime they access document through access point?
2. Do I need to purchase seperate license for Test server or it comes with Server License?

1) Create a reload task and run it. You will have to do this via the QMC.

2) Schedule the task you made for question 1 on a fitting interval.

3) (I assume you mean 3, not 2 again) Test Server is a separate license at 50% of the server license. Different pricing may apply; check with your Qlik sales contact (or the partner who sold you our software).
