select all prior values in list box

Hello all,

I would like to select all prior values / lower values in a list box just by selecting one value.

For example, if I select Q3 2016 than all the values lower than Q3 2016 including it should get selected. So if my date range starts from Q1 2014 than it should select all values starting Q1 2014 to Q3 2016.

Please let me know how to achieve this.

Thank you,

Parth

You might be able to use on select triggers to this. But this can get very confusing very quickly.

Hi,

I think you need to look on field event trigger in the document properties..

In the select in field, put ="<"Max(Quarter year field)

Note: quarter year field should be dual..

It would be easier and plain you instruct your users to select using The Search String
