Just using expression how can I group sum to have US in one row and all the other countries in another:

Use a calculated dimension here

=If(Country = 'US', Country, 'Others')

=If(Country = 'US', Country, 'others') as Calc. Dimension

The other option is to use dimensions limit like this

Dimension

Country

Expression

Dual(Sum(Score), Sum({<Country *= {US}>} Score) + 0.0000000001)

On the dimension's limit tab, use top 2... but I would suggest you to not take this route...
