table with a column to be manually filled

Hi do you think if there is any possibility to have a table in QV in which i can manually fill some info?

e.g.

Report no.        report name      Created by

1                         A                    I want to fill this in front end

2                         B                    I want to fill this in front end

3                         C

I remember I saw such option somwhere so belive it is feasible just forgot how to create sth like that.
