generally what method do we follow  waterfall or agile?need information about scrum and kanban?How do we TEST the entire dashboard once it is completed?

it is totally depends upon your users or testing team.. try to take reports from user first and validate with your testing team.

Generally we have to validate all reports with functional person or users .
