You can assign a group in System->Licenses->Server->Client Access License, you should have Allow license lease Checked. However Named User CALs will be assign per user belonging to that group. i.e. Your group have 5 users then when the login to acces point QVS will assign a Name User CALs to that user, for each user in the group.
