variable that sync selections for all charts/tables on a sheet

How do you write a variable that changes the field for all charts/tables on a sheet.

Example:

I have a cyclical group, and choose Pharmacist, When I choose Pharmacist, all other charts/tables sync with this selection and show Pharmacist.
