Link tables are generally used for linking the two table or the fact tables. With the use of link tables, it’s possible to keep the fact tables separated from each other. Hi Suresh,

In Qlikview you can link the tables using only one key, if we try to connect using two it will create synthetic key.

To avoid this we go for link table i.e. is to combine the tables using 2 keys
