Thanks. got it. that is for any excel file. if I want to transpose any straight or pivot table rows to columns or columns to rows how do I need to do that?

please suggest me

For pivot table to a regular table conversion Capture.PNGI would use CrossTable which you can get to by clicking next on this screen. and for transposing stuff you need to click on 'Enable Transformation Step' and then it you will see 5-6 options up top. One of them would be rotate you can use that to transpose or left or right lanes. Play around with it to see what it is doing.

Are you trying to visualize QlikView's object in a different orientation?

Try this for straight table:

For pivot table you can drag the dimensions to pivot stuff.

What I mentioned earlier was for loading the data. That cannot be used for QlikView's front end objects.

perfect Thanks. is there any way that I can put one column as horizontal and another one to vertical

I need 8 columns to horizontal and 1 column to display vertical

would it be possible?

sunny_talwar

‌That requirement sounds more like a Pivot table kind of table
