When names are in different formats & need to get highlighted a set of data,

how it is highlighted in the script

how it is done as an expression

how it could be done in list box (Eg-Cust Name)

if you have only names and No conditions, you have to pick names manually

K.T.Upasena, though ends with term Upasena, he is not falling in to my group. Only those who are coloured in yellow.

Need more info about that Group what you mean your group? Is there any other field that categorize that Group. Cos the information is insufficient to work on this logic rather than doing hardcode searching for these names if we have any specific rule it would be easy to work on.
