Accessing the Qlik Customer Support Portal for the first time may fail with the error:

Unauthorized access. Please try signing out and sign in again.

Resolution

This error typically means the required Community profile was not yet completed. 

To resolve it:

  1. Go to Qlik Community
  2. Log in
  3. Complete the Profile setup by choosing a Username

    complete your profile.png

  4. Click Submit
