Qlik NPrinting Excel reports fail when a level is inside hidden columns. The error message is

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Environment

• Qlik NPrinting May 2022 patch 1,2,3 and 4

Resolution

A fix for the defect will be provided as soon as possible. Please review the release notes for OP-95820.

As workaround, place Qlik NPrinting levels outside hidden columns.

Cause 

The problem is due to a defect currently under resolution process (February 2022): OP-95820.
