[SOURCE_CAPTURE ]W: DDL Artifacts configured schema is different than the trigger's schema, DDLs will not be captured. (postgres_endpoint_wal_utils.c:533)

When using the Postgres source endpoint with an account that does not have the 'superuser' role, you will be required to create several objects to capture Data Definition Language (DDL) events. The schema used here is the trigger schema.

In the Advanced tab of the Postgres endpoint, you will find 'public' as the default schema used to capture DDL events. This is the DDL Artifacts schema.

When the trigger schema and DDL artifacts schema do not match, you will receive the warning that DDLs will not be captured.

Resolution

Change the value of the DDL artifacts schema to match the Trigger schema. You may also choose to recreate the objects used to capture the DDL events under the schema listed for the DDL artifacts schema.
