Qlik Replicate: a Salesforce endpoint is not visible in the manage endpoints view
A Salesforce endpoint may not be visible in the manage endpoint's view. This can be caused by the following:
The license does not include a Salesforce endpoint.
The endpoint server is currently not running.
To verify if you have a valid license:
Open the Qlik Replicate web console
Open the Server menu
Open the License tab
Verify that Salesforce is licensed as a Source
To verify if the endpoint server is running:
In the Qlik Replicate web console, click the Server tab
Open the Endpoint Servers menu
Click the running server and locate the Salesforce Endpoint in the tab on the right.
If the endpoint server is not running, the port column may be shown as 0. To resolve the issue, stop all currently running tasks and restart the Qlik Replicate services.
To add a Salesforce endpoint:
In the Qlik Replicate web console, click the Tasks tab
Open Manage Endpoint Connections...
Click New Endpoint Connection
Choose the applicable Salesforce option and configure the connection
