Qlik Replicate is not replicating Data changes to Snowflake: Target Endpoint Snowflake Max File Size

Qlik Replicate is not correctly replicating Data changes to Snowflake.

The issue may present itself as follows:

• A Qlik Replicate task performs both Full Load and Change Processing, using a source Sql Server database to a target Snowflake database. The source table is created on the target, but if there is data in the table, Qlik Replicate hangs on the Loading step and never completes. 
• If the task is Full Load only and there is no data in the table, the task creates the table and completes with no issue.

Reviewing the Qlik Replicate logs shows the LOADxxxxxxx.csv file which is used in the PUT command to move data to Snowflake is empty and never populated. 

The expected  behavior is for the file to be created, load data and then be deleted.

Resolution

1. Open the Qlik Replicate console
2. Select the malfunctioning task endpoint (Snowflake)
3. Switch to the Advanced tab
4. Review the Max File Size set. If it is set to 0, this may lead to the task appearing to hang and to no data being moved. 
5. Change the Max File Size setting to a value larger than 0. In our case 1. (See img 01).
