This issue was occuring due to a change between May 25th - May 27th in our Qlik Reporting connector. The value of the chosen name of the report does no longer get assigned to the path value of the returned object, rather this can now be found in the name value. This issue is now resolved and both path and name values of the returned object can be used.
The path had a generated id such as in the following example:
Resolution
When saving the report to any cloud storage, provide the value of name from the Generate Report block output.
