Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows: Unknown Error when loading preview from Google BigQuery (GBQ)

Database previews are not shown successfully when loading Google BigQuery tables. An Unknown Error is shown.

The data load itself is successful. 

Resolution

Upgrade to a Qlik Sense version which includes updated Google BigQuery drivers that support the snapshot table type.

Fix Version:

Upgrade to:

• Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows February 2024 patch 4 or later
• Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows May 2024 IR or any later versions

Workaround:

Avoid using the snapshot table type.
